FormFinch is based in the EU, in Veenendaal, the Netherlands. Your data is hosted in the EU on Microsoft Azure (West Europe) and sent over HTTPS. FormFinch adds no tracking cookies, so FormFinch itself needs no cookie banner. We monitor errors and performance of FormFinch itself, without cookies. Adding a video? Choose Privacy first, so YouTube or Vimeo only load when someone clicks play.

Our terms already include the article 28 GDPR processor agreement, so there is no separate document to sign.

Fair pricing & prepaid plans that stop

Use the Free plan for as long as you want with 1 published form and 50 submissions a month. Need more or want no FormFinch branding? Basic is €19/month (incl. VAT) for 10 forms and 1,000 submissions.

Only running a seasonal campaign or event? Choose a prepaid plan for 3, 6, or 12 months. It stops automatically and falls back to Free, with no subscription that keeps running. Pay with iDEAL | Wero, card, or Bancontact.
